With multiple steel gauge, insulation, and glazing options, our sectional door line has the product flexibility to meet your needs.  We offer three models of sectional door on this website.  Our model 2400 overhead door is a top notch door, recognized as an industry workhorse.  It is available in three configurations; single layer, double layer and triple layer and as an insulated or non-insulated door.  The model 2400 has a long list of available options.  You also have your choice of either Commercial White or Commercial Brown for sectional door color.  If you need a wind-rated sectional door, the Model 2400 comes in two wind-rated versions.  Look for the "WL" in the product or category description.  The Model 1000 and the Model 1380 are staples of our sectional door product line and suitable for most applications.  In addition to an equally long list of standard features and availiable options, these doors also have the added benefit of being available in the wind rated WindPro series.  Our Model 1000 and 1380 overhead doors are prepainted in Commercial White color.  Whether you need several overhead doors for a warehouse or just one or two for your loading area, we are sure that one of these outstanding doors will meet your needs.  If you are familiar with Amarr doors and require something not shown here, give us a call at 866-568-6594 or email sales@cabotcomponents.com.  I am certain that we can match a quote to your requirements.

Medium Duty Commercial Door

Models 2000, 2400, and 2500 are industry workhorses and our most versatile models.   These commercial steel doors are available in a variety of steel gauges.  We show pricing for the model 2400 overhead door in our catalog, but will also quote the lighter gauge Model 2500 or heavier gauge Model 2000 on request.  These sectional doors are available in a single layer open-back design, double layer insulated back design and the popular triple layer insulated steel back design.  Each door features tongue and groove construction with a bottom weatherseal to guard against the elements.  The model 2400 is available prepainted in either Commercial White or Brown.  Models 2000 and 2500 are available in Commercial White.

As shown in our catalog, the Model 2400 sectional overhead door is available in a wind-rated version designed to 145 mph wind.

Features of the Model 2400:

1.  2" or 3" track available in Standard Lift, High Lift, Vertical Lift, Low-Headroom and Follow-The-Roof-Pitch Lift.  Visit the Document Library to view examples of each type.
2.  Hardware consists of minimum 14 gauge galvanized steel hinges and 13 gauge galvanized steel brackets.  All rollers have minimum 10-ball bearings.
3.  Torsion springs oil tempered, helical wound and custom computed for each door.  Minimum 10,000 cycle life with optional springs rated up to 100,000 cycle life.
4.  Unbroken panel or options for either 24" x 4" or 24" x 12" windows.      

Heavy Duty 2" Insulated Steel Door

Solid steel construction is the basis for the Model 1000.  Two tough steel skins surround 2 inches of CFC-free polystyrene insulation. In addition, a thermal break creates a barrier to keep heat and cold from transferring through the door. Each Model 1000 features heavy-duty hardware for smooth operation.

To help resist dents, the outer steel skin is made of strong 24-gauge steel and the interior skin is made of 27-gauge steel. The interior and exterior faces of the door feature stucco embossing and the exterior has shallow ribs. The Model 1000 is available prepainted in Commercial White.

Features of the Model 1000:

1.    Triple-layer construction with Stucco embossed steel skins (24ga. exterior / 27 ga. interior).
2.    2" polystyrene insulation.
3.    R-Value of 9.19, U-Factor of 0.11.
4.    14ga. hardware.
5.    (10) ball steel rollers.
6.    Galvanized stiles.
7.    Can be painted with high quality exterior latex paint.
8.    High cycle springs available
9.    Standard 15" radius track.
10.  Angle mount track.
11.  2" or 3" track, as required by door size.
12.  Torsion springs
13.  Struts as required
14.  Bottom astragal and aluminum retainer.
15.  Double end stiles on doors 16' and wider.
16.  Interior slide lock.

Medium Duty 1 - 3/8" Insulated Steel Door

Model 1380 features two steel skins surrounding 1 3/8" inches of CFC-free polystyrene.  Each skin is made of 27-gauge steel to provide a solid wall of protection from the elements. Our 4-step insulation system features insulation, weather-stripping, thermal break, and tongue and groove construction for a snug fit between sections.

The exterior face is stucco embossed and ribbed with shallow grooves. The interior surface is stucco embossed. Model 1380 is available prepainted in Commercial White.

Features of the Model 1380:

1.    Triple-layer construction with Stucco embossed steel skins (27ga. exterior / 27 ga. interior).
2.    1-3/8" polystyrene insulation.
3.    R-Value of 6.58, U-Factor of 0.15.
4.    14ga. hardware.
5.    (10) ball steel rollers.
6.    Galvanized stiles.
7.    Can be painted with high quality exterior latex paint.
8.    High cycle springs available
9.    Standard 15" radius track.
