Model 4000
Rolling Steel Service Doors

The standard of the industry, the 4000 Series provides excellent security and years of worry free operation. It is available in three steel gauges (18, 20 and 22), depending on the width of the door. The door is available in a durable standard gray finish, which resists abrasions and eliminates the need to paint.

Model 4100
Insulated Rolling Steel Service Doors
In applications where climate control is a must, the 4100 Series provides the protection you need. Maximum energy efficiency is obtained by placing solid insulation between the exterior and interior galvanized steel skins.
Model 4100 Insulated Service Door Technical Features:
Heavy-duty vinyl extrusions snap into the guides to reduce air and dust infiltration and to weatherstrip the door jambs
- A water-resistant hood baffle remains flexible in cold weather and helps reduce air infiltration around the hood
- Insulated, interlocking slats provide energy efficiency and a clean appearance inside and out
- Solid insulation is inserted between galvanized steel slats to ensure consistent density and complete insulating coverage (see picture below)
- The bottom of the door is sealed by a flexible, solid foam astragal
- Heavy-duty cast iron gears (see picture under Model 4000 above)
- Optional cylinder locks (see picture under Model 4000 above)

For reliable protection every time, the 4200 Series fire door provides peace of mind with its unmatched operation. The 4200 Series is guaranteed to close quickly to keep employees, products and property safe.
Model 4300
Rolling Grilles
For a clean look that provides maximum visibility and outstanding security, the 4300 Series rolling grilles have the strength to assure property protection. By using 5/16" solid aluminum rods instead of hollow rods, these models are built to stand up to extensive use and deter potential intruders.

Rolling Steel Counter Doors
Designed specifically for the counter, these doors come standard with 10" brackets, 20,000 cycle oil tempered torsion springs, box shaped guides for a clean and professional appearance, and a tubular bottom bar that conceals the locking mechanism. These doors are available in steel, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum. Optional sills and trim are available on all models.

- Torsion springs designed for 20,000 life cycles standard
- 10" brackets made with 1/8" (min) steel standard on all sized doors
- Interlocking aluminum slats

Model 4500
Rolling Steel Counter Fire Doors
These doors have all of the protective features of the full sized fire door, but are designed with the professional elegance desired from a counter door. The doors come standard with box shaped guides fro a clean and professional appearance. A tubular bottom bar conceals the locking mechanism. These door are available in steel and stainless steel. Optional sills and trim are available on all models.
Model 4500 Counter Fire Door Features:
- Governor control, that assures a closing speed of 6" to 24" per second, has a lifetime warranty
- Fusible link
- Torsion springs designed for 20,000 cycles standard
- 10" brackets made with 1/8" (min) steel standard on all sized doors
- Interlocking slats
- Box shaped steel guides for a clean and professional appearance
- Tubular steel bottom bar conceals the locking mechanism
- Heavy duty cast iron gears
- Door can be easily tested and reset from one side of the door
- Approved for all wall types (concrete, masonry, steel, steel with gypsum board
- Available in up to a 3 hour rating
- Release mechanism parts designed to provide years of testing without maintenance or repairs

Model 5700
Medium Duty Rolling Steel Service Doors
The 5700 series rolling steel service door provides a medium-duty service door at the economical price-point of a sheet door. The curtains are constructed of individual 3" slats that provide strength and security that can easily be repaired in high traffic applications.
