Rite-Away Relocatable Ministorage Building Systems - These portable buildings were specifically designed to provide you a lifetime of self-storage rental income. This is a re-locatable mini-storage solution that is suitable for existing sites requiring a few more units, or sites with potential customers who are just waiting for new buildings to arrive. The Rite-Away Relocatable Ministorage Building System is a quality product that is very structurally sound. It is manufactured completely from hot-dipped galvanized steel components. Wall panels are available in Lightstone Tan or Satin White (Polar White) while the doors and trim are available in our 22 pre-finished standard colors. We offer over a dozen sizes with square footage ranging from 160 to 300 square feet (sq. ft.) per unit.

Since it is rare to find a perfectly level surface, we provide adjustable feet for our re-locatable units. These adjusting feet allow for unit leveling when slightly unlevel surfaces are encountered.
Insulation for the roof and/or walls is available as an option. A final word -- As fully portable units, these buildings also qualify for multi-year equipment leasing packages allowing for an accelerated depreciation schedule. When you get your price for the Rite-Away portable building you will note that, per square foot, it is a little more expensve that a permanently mounted mini storage building. Look closer and keep in mind the construction of this building as described above. Also take a look at the cost of pouring a concrete pad for that permanently mounted building. Use our concrete slab calculator to build a cost estimate. Once your factor in the added cost of a concrete pad and consider the convenience of portability, we think that you will realize that this structure is a value purchase and is in line on a cost per square foot basis with traditional permanently mounted mini storage buildings.
Cabot Components Corporation is a material supplier and not in the business of erecting structures; however, most people are able to find local erection crews for the service. Any competent contractor or handy man can erect one of these buildings.
